To give COM-IN an overview about the whole telecommunication market, a competition analysis has been done from the UX Agency. This market research involved the competitors brand presence, their products and services, the logo design and the use of their slogan.
The analysis of the competition helped COM-IN to find their strengths on the market.
Process and Strategy workshop
The UX Agency organised an workshop in the office in Ingolstadt, for process and strategy optimisation. On two following days, the workshop was realised with the marketing department of COM-IN. Both, Christopher Wittmann and Sabrina Schmidt were part of the appointment.
In the end, many recommendations for actions were found and put together in one document, to give guidance to the attendees.
COM-IN and the UX Agency have a good client relationship since June 2020. Because of repeating requests for consulting and giving support in smaller design tasks like, a photo shooting and brochure designs, we soon came to the conclusion that our UX Points are the right decision for a good future collaboration.
